This sinking feeling has been hanging on me for a few days now. It’s weighing me down, I’m just not strong enough to lift it off me.
Am I dreaming, or does that feeling really start at your heart, and make its way suddenly to your stomach, your heart sinking so fast that you think it’s going to fall to the ground? I don’t think so, I’m fully awake.

In an instant, all this anger and frustration comes from no where, and builds up until it’s coming out my nostrils with every breath. I hate it, I cannot control it. But as soon as I take myself away from the cause, or block it out completely, it goes away at a rapid rate. This happens to me every single day.
