I couldn’t bring myself to speak. To me, my silence spoke hundreds of words. They were tumbling around in my head. I just didn’t know how to speak them.
It’s like running into a brick wall when you didn’t know it was there. Then BOOM, all of a sudden you’re laying on the ground wondering what the fuck just happened.
